Advanced Settings , Please Check Data Validation , kemudaian select Regular Expresion , then select Matches , then enter the regular Ekpression below:
there are a lot of available regular expression for an email from simple to complete, you can search and select on the internet, one like the example above.
When it is done please press the button Done.

Make Component inputs for PM
Please press the button Add Item in the bottom corner of the left pane, and then select Paragraph text like to see the image below:

If Already press the Done to End.
